WELCOME TO PETRAPEACE
Click below for music:
Petrapeace is a not-for-profit organisation which offers piano music to release, relax, restore, renew and revitalise - music which has taken many from a place of conflict to a place of peace. This music is used in 1-1 or small group therapy sessions. It can be used alongside creative activities such as art, activities involving complementary therapies or to accompany counselling work. Further uses include an accompaniment to movement-based activities such as Tai Chi or alongside sessions for those living with mental health issues. It sits easily beside Mindfulness.
Petrapeace albums of soaking music have been heard in over 40 countries - in various settings ranging from hospices to restaurants. Petrapeace uses music to address the needs of individuals with terminal and chronic illness, and to help release others from the chains of the past. Or to slow down brains and bodies in overdrive due to the stresses of modern living, to encourage sleep, or dissipate anger. Petrapeace was established in 2002. ‘Thanks for coming in Peter. Just listened to your music on you tube. Loved it! Keep going with that as will bless a lot of people’. B, Cromer, Feb 2024
A recent increase in demand for therapy work in the community has been matched by the arrival of new personnel skilled in media, advertising and business development - those who are able to share the load of satisfying a developing demand with Peter.
